The new facility is expected to provide space for 600 Prekindergarten to Grade 9 students, along with 70 child care spaces. It will be located on the site of the former Sion Middle School, located at 2010 - 7th Street East in Saskatoon (the corner of Grosvenor Avenue and 7th Street East), and is estimated to be completed by fall 2025. The three-storey school will include a research and learning greenhouse, an Elder’s teaching room, a medicines lab, and other unique programming space, as well as a Child and Family Wellness Centre. The building utilizes Architectural Precast Cladding panels with liner finish in the envelope of the building.
