The Global Quality & Innovation Guiding Principle of Building Theory is to
affirm our commitment to maintain a high standard of quality & continuous
improvement in the manner in which we work, the services we deliver to
our public and private sectors customers, in our relationships with
stakeholders and to ensure our continual improvement processes.
The assurance of quality is fundamental for all work undertaken by Building
Theory and should be implemented by all employees.
Building Theory and its employees are committed to continual improvement
of the quality management system and any associated activities. We aim to
improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by:
1.Understanding customer’s expectations through open communications;
2.Compliance of contractual and statutory requirements;
3.Gathering information about the latest technologies and being innovative
in providing our services.
4.Training our personnel.
5.Acting in the interest of the communities we engage
6.Establishing Building Theory’s quality objectives consistent with the
quality & innovation guiding principle, measuring the objectives on an
ongoing basis and reviewing the achieved results in a quality & innovation
review meeting.
We are committed to the application and maintenance of the quality
management system corresponding to the requirements of ISO 9001
standard during 2023-2024.
