Yas Driving Academy is a purpose-designed driver training facility located in the Al Riyad area of Abu Dhabi. The project is developed on a total plot area of 40,000 sqm, with a total built-up area of 30,000 sqm, planned to support efficient learning, safe circulation, and high operational capacity. The development includes a two-storey main building of approximately 2,000 sqm, designed to accommodate administration, classrooms, and learner support facilities. The academy features an expansive training area of 27,500 sqm, providing ample space for practical driving exercises and track-based learning.
