This one-story building’s design has the capacity to be divided into three individual bays based on tenant needs, as well as space for future office areas to service tenant staff. Sustainable design elements have been incorporated throughout the building’s design, along with wrap-around surface parking on the north and east sides, trailer storage along the west side, and soft landscaping throughout the property. The building utilizes Precast cladding panels in the envelope of the building.
